Feature Product - Alberta Gold

To end of our month of celebrating local, what better feature product than Alberta Gold. Not only does it have a name that celebrates local, but it is also one of our consistently best-selling products.

Alberta gold is a honey mustard sauce. But it is not just any honey mustard sauce. When we’ve handed out samples at markets, we have often heard “I don’t normally like honey mustard, but I like this!”

The secret in the sauce here is our Township27 blend of chilis, balanced to build to a nice heat level to offset the tang from the mustard and apple cider vinegar and the sweetness of the honey.

Alberta Gold can be used as a side sauce, dipping sauce, BBQ sauce or finishing sauce.

Try it on chicken, pork, salmon, beef, bison, moose, elk. Add this to the side of a charcuterie plate with cheese and meat, or with any appetizer you'd like a bit of tangy sweet heat. Dip pretzles into Alberta Gold, or top off your favorite sandwich.
