We love to plan ahead and make great healthy, and delicious food. As we head into the holidays, sometimes you just need to be able to hit the easy button.
Here are five easy appetizers you can put together fast for unexpected company, a fuss free party, or a mid-afternoon happy-hour-I'm-surviving-the-holidays treat for yourself.
Steak Bites with Creamy Horseradish Dip
Cut up steak into bite size chunks and toss in No Missed Steak.
Preheat your air fryer to 400, and then cook the steak bites for 4-6 minutes.
Serve with Horsing Around or Hot Horse to dip.
Brie Cheese with Saskatoon Berry Bourbon sauce
Top a round of Brie cheese topped with our Pure Sass Saskatoon Berry Bourbon sauce.
Serve warm with your favorite crackers or chunks of fresh bread.
Chili Cheese Ball
Mix 8oz cream cheese and 8oz of good quality, shredded aged cheddar cheese, ½ Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Township Garlic Salt, ½ Tbsp of Mexican Mystery.
Form into a ball and roll in additional Mexican Mystery and Chopped pecans (optional). Serve with taco chips.
Make into mini-cheese ball bites by forming small round balls and sticking a pretzel into it for easy pick-up.
Serve with crackers, pita chips, or sliced sweet peppers
Easy Veggie or Chip Dip
Mix ½ cup of mayonnaise and ½ cup of sour cream together.
Add Just Dill With It! starting with ½ Tbsp and adjusting to taste.
Serve with chips or fresh veggies.
Sweet & Spicy Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts
Slice 8 pieces of bacon into quarters and wrap around a whole water chestnut securing with a toothpick.
Whisk together 2 Tbsp of maple syrup, 2 Tbsp of brown sugar, ¼ tsp of Township 27 Aji Panka Ground Chili, ¼ tsp of Township27 Garlic Salt, and ¼ tsp of Township27 cumin.
Brush on the wrapped water chestnuts and bake for 20min at 400.
Serve with Alberta Gold for dipping.
